We offer a fast, efficient, and hassle-free delivery service.

We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order and will make sure your items are carefully packaged so they arrive safely and quickly.

Your order will be sent with tracking details via email, so please ensure that you check your email inbox and junk folders.

Our orders are shipped by DPD whose current policy, during Covid, is for the driver to take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery as a proof of delivery (rather than seek a signature). While this is not ideal, we are subject to our shippers’ terms and conditions.

Our Standard delivery is a two-day delivery service via courier.

EU ORDERS / International Shipping – Customs & import tax

Please note that for now we are limiting our shipping to the UK mainland, and UK Offshore and non-EU countries. It is our aim to extend this to the EU soon but with additional changes to the EU / UK cross border trade arrangements due in early 2022 we will not be shipping to the EU at present.

We are pro-EU and are working hard to implement a long-term supply arrangement that is hassle free for our EU customers.

Non-EU Countries

We do not ship to international countries given that local suppliers are likely available and the shipping rates and customs and imports taxes are prohibitive.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When an order leaves us and arrives at our delivery partner’s facility, tracking information is sent to you via email. You can track your order using the link provided or by using your tracking number on our delivery partners website.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please log in to your account and it will be visible for you.

If you have selected a pre-order item, this ensures you have reserved the item prior to the product’s release. We can’t always predict the exact date the item will be available but will keep you updated via email or phone. Again, you will be notified via email on dispatch as above.

MISSING ITEM(S) FROM MY ORDER

In the unlikely event that an item(s) is missing from your order please contact us at sales@bell-motorcycle-helmets.co.uk. Each order is checked before dispatch, but errors can occur although we do our best to avoid them. 

ORDER CANCELLED

If you have placed an order and receive a cancellation email from us it will usually be because of a problem in supplying a particular item when we come to dispatch it – a situation that we cannot always finitely control when stock is low and demand high. If this is part of an order of multiple items, the balance will be shipped and if there is a permanent supply issue, we will refund you the purchase amount of the cancelled item.
